This 1,456,000 square foot industrial distribution facility was delivered across a 120 acre site under extreme environmental pressure. Despite 116 weather days and saturated soil conditions, EE Reed East maintained schedule through disciplined resequencing proactive planning and daily coordination. The project was completed on time and on budget, reinforcing EE Reed East’s ability to deliver large scale industrial facilities under the most demanding conditions.

This project was a distribution warehouse with 33 acres of roof, 118,000 CY of concrete and 308 dock doors. In September of 2024, this distribution warehouse was the 11th largest in the United States.

Charleston Logistic Center

Location: Summerville, SC
Square Footage: 343,150

The project involved the construction of a rear-load distribution warehouse, including the design and installation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

DCA 7 - Amazon Fulfillment

Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Square Footage: 644,000

This building was a 1-story distribution center consisting of tilt up construction with interior tenant buildout that included all MEP systems and office space.

Location: Columbia, SC
Square Footage: 337,000

This project involved the construction of a modern distribution warehouse that included a vehicle maintenance facility, indoor van-loading docks, office space, dock access for both semi-trucks and delivery vans, and a 1,000-space parking area.

Newington Bus Facility

Location: Lorton, Virginia
Square Footage: 91,000

The project consisted of phased site development and utility modifications across 25.4 acres, culminating in the construction of a new vehicle maintenance facility and the demolition of an existing 60,000-square-foot building.

SAV Air Cargo

Location: Savannah, GA

This project was a two-building tilt-wall facility featuring a build-to-suit facility, multi-tenant cargo space, aircraft-rated paving, a new site access intersection, and more than a mile of underground duct bank connecting to the airport terminal.
