Doug joined the E.E. Reed family in 1992 learning leadership philosophy and strategic thinking during his tenure. His current primary role is to manage and help mitigate project risk and ensure we deliver promises made to our clients, a cornerstone of the business. By prioritizing integrity, it helps elevate all employees to achieve their full potential. By empowering his leadership team to strategize and own their areas of expertise, project success is undeniable. And by providing mentorship and support the success and longevity of what he has built and led over the last 35+ years is ensured for the future.

Since his beginning he has grown in his project management knowledge moving to Project Manager then Senior Project Manager before stepping into the Vice President role, focusing on strategic vision, supporting project teams and ensuring project success.

Vice President – Preconstruction

In 2021 Cary joined EE Reed East to use her 15 years in the industry to create a Preconstruction and Estimating department. In this role, Cary is responsible for estimating process development, supporting client relations, and leading the preconstruction teams. Cary provides critical strategy and prioritization of the estimating process to ensure her department is strategically aligned with company initiatives and goals.

He joined EE Reed East in 2018 focusing on project management until he took the lead in Savannah where he leads business development, pre-construction efforts, and operations management. His role encompasses project executive oversight, ensuring quality control, safety, cost management, and fostering strong subcontractor and client relationships.

Mike Quadros

Vice President – Concrete Division

Mike has grown in his construction knowledge and project management during his 20+ year tenure with EE Reed. In his role, Mike provides management and leadership for the company’s self-perform concrete and dry utilities operations including pre-construction, scheduling and crew management. In addition, he provides project executive oversight, which includes quality control, safety, cost management, subcontractor and client relations, and employee training.
