Gloria Westerman joined EE Reed East in 2023 as Vice President of Human Resources. She leads company-wide strategies that align people, performance, and business outcomes, driving engagement, accountability, and supporting operational excellence across the organization.

She oversees talent acquisition, workforce development, compensation and benefits, and compliance, while building systems that empower employees to take ownership, grow, and contribute at a high level.

With 17 years of experience in team development, Gloria brings a dynamic, globally influenced perspective shaped by her work in IT, international living and working, and entrepreneurship. After founding and successfully selling two businesses, she transitioned into Human Resources to focus on what she enjoys most, building strong teams and environments where people can perform and grow. Her work consistently strengthens communication, alignment, and accountability across teams.

Gloria holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Heidelberg University. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, John, and their cat, Mongy. She enjoys hiking, exploring nature, and spending time with her daughters.
