Eric Dooley

Eric’s management expertise came from his experience in the Marine Corps, where he learned that everyone has a capability to become an effective leader. His passion lies in watching his teams grow while providing the support needed to lead them to success. His eye for detail led him to a career as an Architect in New York City, successfully executing his client’s vision on large-scale and historically significant projects. After 4 years of practicing architecture, Eric’s desire to build those details led him to a career in commercial construction. Prior to being promoted to Senior Vice President, Eric served as Vice President and Director of Interiors at EE Reed East.

Eric’s expertise in design and construction has led to success in the form of industry awards, including:

  • 2019 Award of Excellence in Fairfax County
  • 2017 IIDA Pinnacle Award
  • 2016 NAIOP Award of Excellence Best Interiors 50,000 SF+

Prior to his time here, Eric was awarded five additional times, recognizing his attention to craftmanship and overall quality of project construction from Washington Building Congress, Associated Builders and Contractors, CREDA (formerly NAIOP), and the Architectural Woodwork Institute. This well-decorated team member is also a member of Associated Builders and Contractors, CREDA, and CoreNet.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee. He lives in Leesburg, Virginia, with his wife Kim and two dogs: Max and Stella. In his downtime, he enjoys fly-fishing, hiking with his dogs and camping. He has a passion for helping others that has led him to become actively involved in Project Healing Waters, bringing fly-fishing to disabled active military service personnel across the military healthcare system.
